Tankless Water Heater Installation

Problem

A long-time dental office client of ours had an office built with two traditional-style water heaters. The traditional style meant that they were bulky, and, given that they were over-sized for their needs to begin with, this amplified the bulkiness problem. Making things even worse, both water heaters were located in a small attic space which made them hard to service.

Solution

As the water heaters reached the end of their life it became apparent that they were going to need to be replaced. Given the limited space requirements and the reduced capacity needs of the business, it was decided that the two water heaters be replaced with a new, tankless water heater. For this job the Bosch Aquastar was selected and installed. The tankless Aquastar achieved the following advantages over the previous traditional two water heater system:

• Uses much less energy
• Occupies much less space
